Solasborn is a game made by one independent developer in the Netherlands ("we"). This policy explains what happens with data on this website and in the small tools we use to share updates about the game.

This website

• We do not use cookies, ads or tracking scripts.
• The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
• Some links to Steam or our download page go through a short redirect that counts how many people clicked from each platform (for example "from TikTok"). We only store the count per day and platform. We do not store your IP address or any other personal data.

Our publishing tool

We use a private tool on our own computer to post the same game video to our own accounts on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Bluesky, Reddit and Discord.

• The tool is only used by us, for our own accounts. It does not collect data from other people.
• Access keys for our accounts are stored encrypted on our own computer and are never shared or sold.
• From each platform we only use what is needed to publish our videos and read basic information about our own account (such as the account name and whether a post succeeded).
• You can remove the tool's access to an account at any time in that platform's settings.

When you contact us

If you message us or post an idea in our community, we only use what you send to reply and to improve the game. We do not sell it or pass it on.
